This is what will be expected of you in this role:

- Measure and analyse member engagement driving activity, working closely with the wider Sales, Onboarding and Retention teams to deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Ideally, our client is asking that you have:

- 2+ years previous experience and knowledge of CRM and marketing automation.
- Understanding of customer segments, user journeys and marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as CustomerIO, Salesforce or similar.
- Analytical, you’re confident in interpreting data marketing data and are up for learning SQL.
- Collaborative, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, where everyone gives 100%.
- Strong Communication, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
