**Workshop Technician**
**Location: **Bransgore**, **Christchurch
**Rate**: £11.00ph

**Hours: **Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 4pm
**The Responsibilities and duties of Workshop Technician**:

- Work as part of a team and use own initiative with daily tasks whilst proactively finding ways to enhance the process
- Bring forward creative thinking and new ideas to the table
- Support workshop manager and supervisor in meeting production schedules
- Keep workshop tidy from a health and safety point of view
- Be mindful of material costs and limit wastage
- Have health and safety in mind at all times and follow best practice
- Inform Manager/Supervisor what materials we are low on, what needs ordering and the production schedule
- Support the Supervisor in the operational and administrative duties of the workshop

**The experience and Skills needed for Workshop Technician**:

- Previous experience with Woodwork machines is desirable
- Previous labouring experience is desirable
- Comfortable with lifting and being on machinery after training
