Formed in 1985, National Integrated Services (NIS) has established itself as a leading Facilities Management Support provider. We cover building maintenance, cleaning, grounds maintenance, pest control and waste services, based from our Barking office, and we work at client sites across the UK.

Due to our continued growth and a new contract win, we are seeking someone with a variety of maintenance experience, who can turn their hand to a multitude of tasks.

This role will be based from our Barking office which covers the South East of England.

This is a full-time permanent position, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday - average hours normally around 50-60 including paid travel in company van, Monday to Saturday.

Every day and every week is different, duties will include general repairs and maintaining both internal and exterior of buildings, training will be provided in all the services we provide our clients.

You will need to be available for a 7am start each day, live within a 30 minute drive from the office, and have your own transport to get to the office. Once at the office you will be provided with a van which you will collect and return to the office each day.

A clean driving licence is required.

Experience in Health and Safety procedures, IPAF, PASMA, and 1st aid are all desirable.

You will need to undergo a DBS disclosure.
