**THE COMPANY**

**THE ROLE**
Working closely with internal teams you will be responsible for taking the operational lead on their large and unique outdoor events and exhibitions overseeing complex logistics and site overlay as well as H & S and infrastructure. A broad role your responsibilitieswill include:

- Resource planning and coordination of delivery teams to ensure operational success
- Overseeing and management of traffic flow and car parking facilities
- Site layout and infrastructure management
- Management and liaison with blue light services
- Main liaison for security and crowd management
- Liaising with local council and stakeholders including licensing
- Managing incidents
- Recruit, manage and develop large operational teams
- Ensuring training is delivered to onsite teams
- H & S management
