Trainee IT Helpdesk Officer

**Buro Happold has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee IT Helpdesk Officer to join our Global IT Helpdesk team in Bath. This is a permanent role with hybrid working available (3 days in the office).**:

**Key duties**:

- Support the day-to-day running of the Helpdesk team.
- Take ownership of ticket resolution within defined SLA’s.
- Ensure technical and process guidance is followed.
- Work with the IT Helpdesk Supervisor to deliver continual service improvement initiatives within the team.

**Your skills & experience**:

- Software installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic configuration changes in Active Directory and Exchange Online.
- SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Customer Service Experience.
- Good secondary and/or equivalent education: A Levels, HND/C, or degree.
- Industry related qualifications (desirable).
- ITIL Foundation or working knowledge of service management concepts (desirable).
- Experience with ERP and HR systems such as VantagePoint and Unit4 (desirable).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender portal (desirable).
