**SmithBrewer Ltd** is a retail interior design and manufacturing company providing shop fixtures and displays to some of the UK’s largest retailers. The company is going through a period of exciting growth and is expanding its operations in all areas.

We are looking to recruit a part-time in-house cleaner to complete general day to day cleaning duties. You will provide efficient and effective cleaning and housekeeping support and ensuring the facilities and internal appearance of the building and surrounding areas are maintained.

Key responsibilities: Keeping all areas in a clean, tidy and orderly condition daily to include:
- Upkeep of the reception area, stairs, kitchen/canteen areas, offices and toilets including shower rooms (toilets should be checked several times daily and replenished/refreshed as required).
- Cleaning desks, computer screens and units throughout the offices.
- Watering weekly all greenery/plants and managing upkeep.
- Clearing, washing up and loading of the dishwasher and organising crockery and cutlery into cupboards throughout the day.
- Emptying office bins daily.
- Keeping fridges clean and hygienic as well as all canteen cupboards. Disposing of any food or drink items that have expired.

All cleaning equipment and products will be supplied.

Hours are 8.30am-5.00pm - 22.5 hours in total a week.

Mobility is essential as the company has three locations within a seven-mile radius of J22 on the M5.

**£10 - 11 per hour depending on experience**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
