**WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE REQUIRED FOR STOKE ON TRENT BASED COMPANY**

**STOKE ON TRENT AREA**
**PERMANENT**

**FULL TIME 9.30AM - 6.30PM MON-FRI**
**£24K DOE PLUS BONUS**

**THE ROLE**

Working in a busy environment, the main duties of these roles are as follows:

- Picking, packing, despatch and storing of all materials and equipment as required
- Stock count and rotation of all items accurately and safely as required
- Identify obvious faults or damage to product and equipment through visual inspection and reporting findings timely and accurately
- Keeping database updated with accurate, timely information
- Driving and FLT duties as required by the business (licence permitting)
- Regular participation in cyclical stock taking and inventory counting

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience of working within a computerised stock warehouse environment
- Positive, pro-active and friendly approach with good communication and IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently, to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Motivated to deliver exceptional service levels and continuously learn & improve
- A current FLT Counterbalance or PPT licence would be advantageous but not essential
