NET Recruit are partnering with an exceptional manufacturing business, to assist them in their search for an IT Process & Applications Specialist to join their team located in the Greater Havant area.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:_
- Identifying and resolving technical issues with software and systems in a timely manner and using all tools available
- Ensuring that the systems for the business, including ERP, HR and PLM systems are administered appropriately and are working optimally
- Working closely with team members from technical teams to record and digest their functions' needs and ensure that these are translated into the systems and that the systems are meeting these needs
- Proactively working on project related tasks, aimed with streamlining the business systems and ensuring that these are working optimally and as efficiently as possible
- In relation to the project work, identifying potentially outdated processes, by mapping business processes, highlighting areas of inefficiency and possible duplication
- Proposing where needed, modern and updated resolutions to the aformentioned risks and problems, ensuring that any proposed solutions seek to improve time efficiency, cost savings and any duplicated processes
- Leading transformation plans cross-functionally, working closely with effected teams to ensure a smooth transition
- Managing relationships with vendors whilst overseeing projects that affect them
- Supporting on audit requests in a timely manner
