Insolvency Drafter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and prepare insolvency-related documents, including but not limited to, Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), Trust Deeds (PTDs), and Debt Arrangement Schemes (DAS).
- Ensure all documents comply with current UK and Scottish insolvency laws and regulations.
- Liaise with our insolvency team, clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and proposals for creditors and court submissions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in insolvency legislation and industry best practices.
- Provide support to the insolvency team on complex cases, offering expertise and guidance on legal and procedural matters.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of two years of experience in insolvency drafting or a related legal field.
- In-depth knowledge of UK and Scottish insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Strong legal drafting and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Salary - £35,000 OTE
