Due to an increase in our business we are looking for Customer Service/ Administrator to join our office team in our Gloucester Branch.

You will need a "can do" attitude and must have strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.

The role will include answering incoming calls, dealing with enquiries on the ordering or collection of skip hire, and the sales of aggregates, decorative stones, sands and landscaping products. In addition, you will also be proactively working to increase business. You may also be required to provide cover for other department within the business as necessary.

You will receive training on our operational software. Must be proficient in outlook, Excel and word.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
