Do you have an eye for detail, good organisational skills, and previous experience in administration?
We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a very established charitable organisation based near Bangor, Gwynedd. You will be working closely with a great team of people in a varied role that will include administrative support and front of house responsibilities.
Your main responsibilities are going to be:
- Providing administration support
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the site
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Taking responsibility for general office organisation, and management
- Organising bookings for meeting rooms
- Diary management for events, logistics, and training
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Confident communicating, including in writing, in both Welsh and English
- Competency in a range of administrative tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with good time management
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Polite, courteous and Empathetic telephone manner
- IT literate, competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to drive and willing to travel to different sites if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £19,838.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
