**About the Role**

The International Recruitment Administrator is responsible for ensuring data and information is recorded accurately and in full so that talent data can be utilised to contribute to future recruitment decisions and strategies.

**About You**

You will preferably have previous experience within the care industry and/or have worked in a recruitment capacity in the past - either as a recruiter or recruitment administrator.

As the International Recruitment Administrator, we are looking for people who;
- Have extensive experience in a customer focused, fast paced recruitment role and have the Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Understand people and establish individual needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, with a flexible approach.
