Role: Lead Coach (Holiday camps)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Sports Coach to join our team for our upcoming Easter Multi-Sports Holiday Camp. As a Lead Sports Coach, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and leading sports activities for children aged 4 to 11 years old. You will be a key member of our team, working with other coaches and assistants to ensure that the children have a safe, fun, and engaging experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead a variety of sports activities, including but not limited to football, hockey, dodgeball, volleyball, and more.
- Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on skill development
- Supervise and train assistant coaches to ensure that they are delivering high-quality instruction.
- Ensure that all sports equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Create a safe and positive environment for all children by enforcing rules and expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members to ensure that the camp runs smoothly.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding the children's progress and any concerns.

Ultimate Kids are seeking enthusiastic sports coaches looking to build their way into a fast growing organisation with the option for more work and progression within the industry.

Based in Sefton (Merseyside), Ultimate Kids provide children between the ages of 2-11 with opportunities to be active through sport and physical activity. During term time we are predominantly involved in Primary school coaching. We work with Primary schools to enhance the quality of their PE & School sport programme, this includes the planning and delivery of PE lessons, Lunch time and After-School clubs. Furthermore we offer children opportunities to be active outside of school with our evening classes, we currently provide Multi-Sports, Dodgeball and Girls Football classes.

Ultimate Kids encourage any individuals currently working with children that enjoy participating in sport to apply. We have a diverse range of staff on our team including Class teachers, Teaching assistants and 1 to 1 specialists. Moreover, this role is ideal for students who are looking to develop their coaching or gain experience with children while getting paid.

**Successful applicants must be willing to participate in a trial session**

- Maintain professional standards when representing Ultimate Kids
- Be proactive in a challenging and busy environment
- Show commitment and reliability

Also Ultimate Kids would prefer if you had:

- PE and coaching related qualifications
- NGB awards in sport
- Experience working with children

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £250.00-£350.00 per week
