**The Role**

- **Marketing Brilliance**: Utilise your creative skills to prepare compelling property advertisements for Internet and social media platforms.
- **Building Strong Relationships**: Register vendors and applicants, fostering lasting connections that facilitate seamless property transactions.
- **Organisational Mastery**: Handle administrative tasks, collate property information, arrange eye-catching photographs, and ensure smooth operations.
- **Effective Communication**: Provide valuable feedback from viewings and market appraisals, keeping vendors informed throughout the property marketing process.
- **Negotiation Expertise**: Bring together vendors and purchasers through skilful negotiation, ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
- **Guiding Transactions to Success**: Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, and other estate agents, ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
