Day Concierge

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Residential Concierge to join the team at a residential development based in Fulham. Shift pattern is 4 on, 4 off, working from 7am-7pm.

**Salary**:£26,000-27,000

**Shift Pattern**: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building.
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
- Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
- Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
- Assisting residents with day to day queries.
- Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
- Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
- Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in luxury residential buildings is essential.
