JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Design and Multimedia Specialist

SCOPE:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Graphics and Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team. You will assist in building and upholding the image and brand positioning of Montigo Resorts within the marketplace and the perception of the general public. Your scope will include creating captivating visuals, images, flyers, posters, photography and videos to increase user engagement which will ultimately result in increased brand awareness and revenue generation for the hotel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

- Consult with the head of Sales & Marketing to evaluate individual project needs to support divisional artwork requests.
- To be the guardian of brand and logo identity and ensure consistency in name and logo usage across all channels
- Conceptualise, design, and produce promotional materials such as flyers, ads, brochures, logos, signage, exhibits, and/or displays in accordance to Brand Standards and House Style
- Design and produce camera-ready art including graphics, line-art, and/or photos.
- Create electronically-designed page layouts and imports word processing files into page layouts, as appropriate to the position; may develop and produce web-based graphics, as requested.
- Prepare illustrations, sketches and mood-boards for events and photography projects
- Art direction and management of photo and video shoots
- Prioritise, track, manage and maintain records of costs, and times schedules of projects.
- Maintain, organise and manage a digital asset library with designated naming conventions.
- Photography and videography for online social media content generation
- Assist with Digital Marketing - upload of images and documents to website, layout of e-newsletters
- Contribute to team goals and accomplishes related results as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

Required
- Excellent proficiency in using graphic design software like Adobe Suite and Canva
- Proficient in video editing
- Knowledge of online media and methods of producing web materials experience, such as HTML, CSS, Flash and current Social Media Channels.
- Experience with Photo and Video production and art direction.
- Experience with online social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook)
- Minimum of a year of working experience in Graphic Design for a hospitality or F&B business
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Google Suite

Desirable
- Web/UX design experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment,
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills and a team player
