We are looking for someone who is passionate and energetic, with strong commercial acumen, to work closely with our customers and teams around the globe.

As a part of our long-term growth plans, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Senior Leadership Team at our global headquarters in Exeter, as:
**Global Customer Contracts Head**

The scope of the role can be broken down into five key pillars:

- RFQ management - working with our global customers and sales teams to develop winning RFQ responses.
- Challenge - our engineering and operational teams to ensure that we construct highly competitive and profitable RFQ responses.
- Plan - with our engineering and operational teams to ensure that RFQ responses capture and cost all design, capex, working capital, and product delivery needs of the project.
- Customer contracts - protect our business and profitability by ensuring:

- Transparency on terms & conditions, liabilities, penalties, and cost-down commitments to which Goodridge is committing.
- As far as is commercially viable, the inclusion of clauses to protect our business against cost variances.
- Profitability - regularly analyse customer contract financial performance, develop appropriate improvement action plans, and provide support to our sales team in customer selling price renegotiations as may be required.

**What is on offer?**
- Basic salary £40,000-£60,000 upon based on experience.
- Bonus scheme and other benefits.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
