**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a dental setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is desirable
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
