Office Assistance

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various clerical tasks. This is a paid position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems and software, such as Google Suite and QuickBooks, to complete tasks
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Support the office staff in daily administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment operation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
Pay: From £11.42 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
