We are looking for an enthusiastic, immediate starter who is keen to work for a developing company amongst a successful team.

**Duties for this role include**:

- Ensuring a smooth and safe running of the weighbridge function within all areas
- Raising purchase orders, filing documentation, and inputting information onto the system
- Liaising with customers over the telephone; dealing with all enquiries and complaints
- Completing and documenting timesheets
- Accurately recording and documenting minutes for meetings
- Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations on site
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Enforcing and following procedures
- Confidently using the radio to communicate with colleagues on site
- Monitoring and controlling all visitors on the site
- Any other additional tasks and duties as required
- Previous experience in an Administration role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong understanding of MS Office; computer literate
- Able to use own initiative
- Methodical and organised approach
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Willingness to work towards a Weighbridge Operative QCF Level 3
- Previous experienced within the industry (Desirable but not essential)
- A full UK Driving License required (Due to location)
