We are delighted to be recruiting for our client, a leading provider of precision engineering solutions for industries ranging from Oil & Gas to Renewable Energy and Power Generation. They are committed to delivering high-quality parts and components through cutting-edge technology and a dedication to excellence.

As a CNC Miller, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, utilising your expertise to program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines. Working with various materials (e.g. various steels & alloys), you'll translate engineering drawings into precision parts, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Program, set up, and operate 3 & 5 Axis Machine Centres.
- Machine parts to exact specifications and tolerances as per engineering drawings.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines and tools.
- Uphold stringent quality standards and promptly report any deviations or defects.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

- Completion of a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in CNC machining or engineering.
- Proven track record as a CNC Miller or Machinist in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC milling machines.
- Familiarity with 3 & 5 axis machining centres and various materials.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£43,312.39 per year
