We have an exciting opportunity for a **Recruitment Advisor** to join our team in Exeter, focussing on driving recruitment for our accommodation-based care services and property teams.

You will gain exposure to all areas of recruitment; advertising, employee on-boarding within regulated services, strategic implementation, stakeholder management and more

**As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for**:

- The complete 360 recruitment cycle from recruitment requests to supporting with employment checks.
- Delivering a cost effective, customer focused recruitment service, utilising leading recruitment practices.
- Building strong relationsip with stakeholders and support hiring managers with the assessment and selection process.
- Develop a clear understanding of the business, including the content of key strategies and business plans, to maximise effectiveness as a recruitment function.
- Managing efficient and effective recruitment campaigns that achieve business expectations and meet agreed KPIs.

**What we’re looking for**:
As an experienced recruiter, you will have an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, direct sourcing, delivering monthly and quarterly recruitment KPI’s. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills you will work well with others to deliver solutions. You should have a flexible approach with the ability to handle a range of projects and work to tight deadlines. You’ll need to be passionate about recruitment, have a high level of personal motivation, self-confidence and be able to develop professional credibility to influence resourcing approaches whilst reducing time and cost per hire without compromising quality.
