**Operations and Compliance Administrator - Job Description**

Job Overview

Launched in 2020, we are a certification body that provides assessments, training and certification for ISO and PAS 2030 standards.

Our team is made up of industry experts, assessors and support staff to ensure a smooth process to gain certification. **The Individual**

This role has the potential to grow and evolve so the right person will see this as a fantastic opportunity.

This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with at least 2 year’s experience in an office administration/compliance environment.

**The Role**

This is an exciting development opportunity for a proactive and hard-working individual who will form an integral part of the team by providing head office support to the business and customers to ensure. The role will involve:

- Help to support the operations on a day to day basis
- Start to build a team of support as the business grows
- Supporting the Compliance and Operations Manager
- Issuing sales proposals, quotations and invoices
- Working towards developing and improving internal processes and system
- Act as the client end to end support across the certification process
- Coordinate initial and reassessments as and when required
- Support sales and marketing functions as and when required
- Supporting the Compliance and Operations Manager
- Onboarding new customers
- Supporting UKAS assessments
- Internal auditing
- Preparing impartially board packs
- Reporting on assessor compliance
- Supporting onboarding of assessors
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value
- Customer follow ups for recertification

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

We are looking for the right personality and experience, rather than specific qualifications. Ideally the individual will:

- Have a basic understanding of ISO standards (such as ISO 9001 - Quality)
- Understand the importance of Management Systems and their purpose
- Be an expert user of Microsoft based systems including SharePoint
- Demonstrate confidence and proactiveness
- Have excellent customer facing skills and speak with confidence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
