**IT SERVICE DELIVERY MANGER - LONDON - EDUCATION - Up to £46K + excellent bens**

We are looking for a Service Delivery Managers, for a prestigious MAT, who is looking for a little bit more from their current role andand more importantly thinking about your future.

This position will offer you the chance to develop/enhance your skills by taking advantage of the CPD which the Trust is developing for all their IT employees. They are producing a pathway for their IT team that doesn’t make you feel 'siloed’ opportunitiesthey invest in their people so that you can advance your career. There will be projects to look forward to and, once in a while, you will get the opportunity to work from another site ; giving you a whole different perspective of the Trust.

Exciting times await as the school looks at the possibility for you to WFH when working on key strategic plans.

You will be leading and empowering team members through projects and performing line management duties day-to-day to maintain operations. Ideally you will be ITIL accredited.

**Your duties will include:

- Managing IT service offering, in a multi-site environment.
- Scoping, assuring, and managing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Managing and developing IT services and staff using relevant IT service management methodologies such as ITIL.
- Implementing best practice, standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify and meet the needs of all key stakeholders in order to deliver a high-quality service.
- Balance and prioritise large quantities of concurrent deliverables.
- Provide direction and coaching to others to enable achievement of objectives.
- Assign work to others, supporting and empowering them while maintaining accountability.
- Discuss and explain technical issues to non-technical key stakeholders.
- Take a long
- term view and develop successful strategies through effective planning. Learn new technologies outside of traditional practice, and make recommendations on how they should be incorporated based on the strategic requirements.
- Analyse issues, make informed judgments, take appropriate action and accept responsibility for results.
