As a Sales Progressor at Signature Homes, you will play a crucial role in the post-sale journey, ensuring that every sale progresses smoothly and efficiently to completion. You will act as a liaison among buyers, sellers, and solicitors, managing communications and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the progress of all sales from the point of offer acceptance to completion.
- Regularly update all parties involved, including clients, estate agents, and solicitors, on the progress of the transactions.
- Identify and resolve any potential issues that could delay the sale process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and legal documents are submitted and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, keeping all parties well-informed and reassured throughout the sale process.
- Maintain detailed records of the sales progress and any communications.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with clients and other stakeholders as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor, Estate Agent, or a similar role in the property sector.
- Strong understanding of the property sales process and legal requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
