**Mission**:
We’re Cegedim Healthcare Solutions, one of the UK’s largest developers of Pharmacy Software solutions, working with many of the UK’s leading high street dispensing pharmacies. We’re currently looking to recruit someone with 1+ years finance experience for a mixed role that will see you working within a team of 4, supporting the Financial Manager across all finance related tasks.
It’s a hybrid role, a mix of working from our Chorley office and remotely from home.
**What’s involved?**
**Finance**
- Generate Purchase Orders upon request as cover and first 3 days on month end.
- Raise adhoc invoices as and when required.
- Raise revenue invoices circa 20 invoices per month for sister company.
- Create new Direct Debits in Bacsactive.
- Create payruns to suppliers.
- Bank reconciliations, multiple entities.
- Spreadsheet Reconciliations.
- Posting of Journals inc Fixed Assets and Depreciation.
- Process colleague expenses in Concur.
- Support in responses to Auditors.
- Support in finance reporting to Internal teams.

- Good all-round knowledge and 1-2 years’ experience of Finance department tasks
- General awareness of VAT treatments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage own workloads and meet deadlines
- Superb communication skills
- Team player but also able to work alone when needed
- Ideally SAP experience and good Excel skills

- We’re based in an open plan, purpose built office with parking on a business estate just on the outskirts of Leyland. We have the whole building, spread over two floors with a mostly open plan working environment. There’s lots of windows and natural light, it’s a calm, pleasant and friendly workplace, with a great canteen/break out space along with some outside space for those brighter dry days to eat outside or head for a walk. Leyland is famous as once being the home of one of the largest vehicle manufacturers in the UK; British Leyland - probably best known for their trucks and buses. There are several retail parks and leisure centres, the town centre also has a thriving market along with a mix of independent and well known chain stores. Leyland has great access to road links to Preston, Blackpool and Chorley, as well as the M6 and M58 if heading to Manchester, Liverpool or north towards Lancaster and The Lakes.
