Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst - Preston - £37,500 + a range of benefits + hybrid working.

Our client is a large not for profit organisation that enhances the lives of thousands. Working in a highly regarded team we are seeking a Treasury Analyst who has proven treasury experience working in a fast paced and ideally regulated industry. The rolewill be varied and work across a wide range offunctional areas and will support the delivery of an effective treasury management and reporting of services across the Group in areas of investments, banking, liquidity and loans security.

THE ROLE:

- Responsible for the day to day monitoring, maintenance and enhancement of the Group’s security databases.
- Ensure the TMS is operated effectively, making recommendations on existing utilisation, scopes and enhancements and integrity checking reports provided.
- Ensure the forecasting system operates effectively, making recommendations on existing utilisation.
- Ensure the timely quarterly reconciliation of treasury items.
- Weekly and monthly cashflows reporting.
- Prepare detailed income and asset property portfolios performance information to individual lenders.
- Monitoring of lender covenants on a quarterly basis.
- Support payment processing, short term cash management and bank mandate changes.

THE PERSON:

- Ideally you will have working practical experience of working in a treasury role.
- You will ideally be working towards a professional accountancy / treasury qualification.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Can work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Have an ability to identify and enhance process improvements.
