**Why the job exists**
- To ensure that our clients receive the highest quality video assets
- To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the post-production process To support new business efforts through production

**What the Role covers**
- Managing the post-production process for video assets
- Maintaining the production process flow
- Working with the Senior Video Editor to improve post-production efficiencies

- This role reports to and advises the Senior Video Editor

**Responsibilities**
- Management and involvement in projects
- Work with Client Service and Business Development team for production concepts
- Offer innovative and valuable production insights and ideas o Project management without intervention
- Advise Senior Video Editor on status and critical concerns
- Quality of creative assets o Provide high-quality assets for feedback and approval o Work to version assets for compliance on multiple channels o Offer creative solutions for post-production problems
- Work with producers to create the highest quality creative assets as per the GPC quality standards
- Team support o Manage the workflow of video content
- Work within the parameters of the greater production process flow o Operate and maintain equipment in-studio
- Production o Be involved in the pre-production process in order to ensure best shooting approach
- Reporting to the producer on set for all requirements and briefings o Managing DIT of all raw footage according to GPC best practice

**Performance Review**

Annual review by Senior Video Editor on the basis of:

- Overall quality of video assets as measured through internal and external feedback;
- Innovation, ideation and pro-activeness in improving video quality;
- Efficient delivery of creative assets;
- Building strong relationships with client contacts;
- Quality assurance and attention to detail;
- Relationships with other operating companies/departments;
- Interpersonal/communication skills;
- Being a team player;
- Being an effective coach/manager;
- Demonstrating the core values of Green Park Content;
