Located on the edge of Nairn’s Victorian West End and nestled on the southern shore of the Moray Firth with superb panoramic views over the Back Isle and beyond, Nairn Golf Club has a history dating back over 130 years.
We are currently recruiting for a Comis Chef/Chef De Partie, whether you are already in the trade or have a strong desire to be, to join our team on a full time basis. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and strive to exceed expectations then this is where you want to be.
**Job Overview**
To assist the Duty Chef with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items whilst adhering to all health and safety food legislation. To manage whichever station they have been allocated and follow instructions from the Chef on duty. In conjunction with this, ensuring the image and traditions of the club are being upheld and promoted within the area of responsibility.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
**Desirable but Not Essential**
NVQ/SVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery
Level 2/3 HACCP
Health & Safety at Work Qualification
