Traffic Marshall/gateman

Professional Construction Recruitment are looking for a Traffic Marshall for a job in Ashford, Kent with an immediate start. You will be working for a well respected main contractor on a commercial project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and control traffic flow on construction sites or designated areas
- Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and other team members
- Maintain clear and concise communication through the use of hand signals, radios, or other designated communication devices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Monitor and report any potential hazards or safety concerns
- Assist in the maintenance of traffic management equipment

This has the potential to be a long-term position. You MUST have previous site experience, Traffic Marshall ticket, CSCS card and full PPE. DBS is also preferable but not mandatory.
