This role can be worked on a hybrid basis where you are able to share time between home and the office -if you'd like to work every day in the office we are more than happy to accommodate this too.
**Responsibilities**:
**Wellbeing**
- Lead and support with activities under BW’s wellbeing strategy to further enrich the wellbeing offering for our people.
- Writing communications to support several activities identified throughout the year which will support the wellbeing approach.
- Integrate the wellbeing plan adapted from the Mental Health at Work Commitment into the business.
- Work collaboratively with the Wellness+ Network to communicate key wellbeing messages.
- Maintain and build relationships with external service providers.
- Keep up to date on current wellbeing and workplace trends.
- Continued activities in line with the People & Culture Strategy.
**Employee Engagement**
- Lead on the Best Companies project plan which will include the activities within the Engagement and Communications plan, pre-survey set up, data, workshops, analysis of results and action planning.
- Involvement with the Engagement Champions group and the ECN. Supporting the links between Best Companies and what the Engagement Champions are doing.
- Integrate the employee engagement framework into the business.
- Work collaboratively with the D&I Networks, CSI, and the Internal Communications Manager to communicate key engagement messages.
- Consult on engagement strategies, perform assessments and gap analysis.
- Keep up to date on current engagement and workplace trends.
- Continued activities in line with the People & Culture Strategy
**Project Work**
- Undertake projects to develop PE provision and efficiency e.g., process improvement activities.
- Any other reasonable task as advised from time-to-time
- Support, Implement and Maintain Information Security procedures and activities in accordance to Barnett Waddingham’s Information Security Policy
**Experience Required**
- Knowledge of health and wellbeing in the workplace
- Experience communicating with company stakeholders and senior business leaders
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR with administration experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software.
Qualifications:
Desirable - CPP or CIPD qualified, part-qualified or working towards qualification
Essential - minimum of GCSE grade 5 or above in English and Maths
