**Job Details**
Due to promotion and further expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a general practice surveyor to join the Estates Team within Property Services. You will undertake valuations of Council property assets and a wide range of other professional duties, including landlord/tenant activities whilst generally assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive estates service.
The position requires someone who is enthusiastic committed, self motivated, has a positive, professional and responsible attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team working to tight timescales.
You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the principals of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**The Person**
- RICS Membership with Registered Valuer status (or an ability to secure the same).
- Experience; in commercial asset valuation and of leasing commercial properties, property development, valuation, disposals, acquisitions would be advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility: A flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and pressures. Teamwork: Strong team working skills.
