**Role overview**
Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to come and join our global business.
Reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition, and working collaboratively with Senior Talent Partners and Stakeholders, you will be accountable for attracting the best talent for our tech (engineering and data) and non tech (sales, account management, marketing and customer experience) teams at Fresha as we grow globally.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, who likes to work autonomously, enjoys a challenge and wants to make an impact.
Our talent team of 3 has a combined experience of over 35 years having worked for the likes of Meta, ZeroHeight, Revolut, Simply Business, Cleo AI and Sandbox VR. This is a great opportunity to gain full exposure to recruitment across all areas within a tech company and progress your career to the next level.
To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day each week. Our London HQ: WeWork, 10 York Rd, London SE1 7ND.
**What you will be doing**:
- ** Sourcing** - Finding the best tech and non tech talent for our teams globally
- ** Interview Coordinating** - Booking interviews across multiple time zones
- ** ATS**:
- Keeping our ATS up-to-date and carrying out admin tasks

**What we are looking for**:
- **Experience** - 1-2 Years experience sourcing and coordinating within a fast paced changing environment
- ** Domain Knowledge** - Generalist across sales, CX, account management, marketing, design and engineering hiring
- ** Sourcing** - Confident sourcing autonomously and building talent pipeline
- ** Coordinating** - Effectively managing calendars and availability
- ** Collaboration** - Working closely with the people & talent team and stakeholders
- ** Tooling**:
- Tech savvy and knows way around recruitment tools
- ** Problem Solver** - Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- ** Ambiguity** - Comfortable working with ambiguity
