As University Recruiter (Early Careers), you will be responsible for finding brilliant student and graduate talent to join our programmes. You’ll be assigned a portfolio of universities and/or recent graduate talent pools and will be accountable for meeting target volumes of hires.- Do you have prior experience of successfully working towards ambitious targets, able to consistently motivate yourself to reach goals?
- Do you have proven experience of building and maintaining relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders?
- Do you have prior experience of planning and organising a full workload, confident in managing your time well, with strong initiative and decision-making abilities?
- Are you able to overcome challenges and show resilience during periods of difficulty, uncertainty or change?
- Are you a confident and clear communicator, with experience of adapting your style and an ability to gain commitment from different audiences?
