Multi Tradesman/woman

Thomas Enabling LTD require an experienced Multi Trade to join their London team.

The desired Multi Trade will have experience and the confidence in completing a variety of multi trade tasks with mínimal supervision.

Types of works involved:
Carpentry: Hanging New Doors, Replacing door handles, Fitting bath panels and frames, new skirtings and architraves, kitchen replacements.

General: Mastic works to new kitchens and bathroom, Rip Out of kitchens and bathrooms, wallpaper stripping, tidying up.

Plumbing Knowledge desirable.

Must have all required tools, and be willing to pick up/ collect materials on company accounts if required.

You must have your own vehicle in order to transfer tools between job locations. (Parking Permits are Provided)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Requirements**:

- Experience working on social housing properties.

License/Certification:

- CSCS (required) OR Equivalent
- Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (can be completed before job start date)

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £180.00-£200.00 per day
