Your job as a **Digital Events Coordinator** will require running the company’s portfolio of digital events, which currently include webinars and virtual conferences.

In brief, this involves planning, creating, and running webinars and virtual conferences for our publications and clients. More specifically, your day-to-day work will involve:

- Communicating with clients and setting up digital event registrations.
- Briefing and training speakers on the requirements for presenting at a webinar.
- Constructing reports and analytics post event.
- Potentially introducing and moderating during live events.

You will work in collaboration with all company departments, including the Directors, and the Sales, Editorial and Design Production teams. Your role will also include supporting the Events Manager with in person events, which may encompass ad hoc planning work for the development and execution of the company’s in person conferences and exhibitions, and other client and sponsor events.

There may be an element of travel in your role whether to conferences and exhibitions or in support of our sales department.

Because we are a small office, you will also no doubt get your share of odd jobs and you will need to support the Digital team on other administrative duties from time to time.

**Skills Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year digital event experience. Experience with digital platforms such as GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting, Zoom and Microsoft Teams is preferable.
- 2 years + in person event planning experience.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Team player with an ability to work well with different stakeholders.
- Accountable and proactive approach to projects.
- Strong analytical skills, and quick lateral thinking with flexibility for change.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Deadline driven.
- Attentive problem solver.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferable experience with Adobe media products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premium Pro).

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
