We are currently recruiting for a team of Call Centre Agents in **Cannock**. The purpose of this role is to respond professionally and efficiently to all customer enquiries, whilst ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with regards to calls, cases, service and invoice queries.

Training will be provided for this role, however **Call Centre experience is essential.**

Salary**:£10.57 per hour (plus holiday pay)**
Holiday pay**:Accrued at 12.07%**

Shifts: Full-Time, Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm** (You must be able to commit to one month of Full-Time work, on-site in Cannock, for this role)
**Role responsibilities**:

- Providing a professional and timely response to all customer enquiries ensuring an efficient, effective and recorded log of communication history and resolutions.
- Being the initial point of contact for all customer contacts to provide a resolution in line with the agreed KPI.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers across all business lines and functions.
- Complete administrative tasks: logging queries, booking waste collections, sending welcome packs, customer hub registrations and user support, acceptance of waste transfer notes and any other ad hoc administrative duties.
- Conducting customer reviews for feedback to ensure satisfaction with service.
- Adhere to GDPR legislation with regard to the processing of personal and confidential information.
