Childminder Assistant

Wage will be dependent on age and experience.

**Job Role**:
Working with young babies through to children ready to start school, you will share your joy for learning and make a real difference in children’s development and learning journeys. You will be a part of ensuring the children are learning, socialising, exploring and having fun.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensuring that the children are happy, settled and well cared for

Working as part of a team to ensure that the children’s individual needs are met, and ensure that every child reaches their full potential

Working as part of a team to ensure effective and appropriate communication with parents, carers, members of staff and external agencies

Ensuring health, hygiene and safety standards are maintained

Assisting with all activities in the setting as requested

Respecting and maintaining the working environment and resources

**Experience not essential. All training provided.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 9-12 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
