IT Support

**JOB ROLE The role being offered is of a senior associate within the Systems department**.

Day to day dealing with users such as Back-office, Front office, Treasury, Operations, Branch Operations and basic infrastructure support are some of the key functionalities of this role.

Project handling is also a very important function of this role.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**

? Finacle user training and guidance for day-to-day jobs
? Support for Finacle Treasury & Finacle Nostro Reconciliation (FNR)
? Escalation and analysis of critical issues ? Finacle enhancement/customization projects
? General Administration of the Department (Support)
? Primary/First level support to the Infra/Networking team within Systems Department
? Generating various MIS and other reports using suitable tools and language as per the requirement
? Any other job entrusted by the Department Head 3

COMPETENCY
? Experience in supporting Finacle Applications.
? Experience in Project Management.
? Basic understanding of infrastructure and networking
? Experience in Oracle/RDBMS with ability to understand and execute day to day database queries
? Willingness to take on new challenge
