**The Role**

We have a vacancy for a full time Yard Supervisor within our **St Leonards** Branch.

To ensure the Health and Safety policy is actively pursued throughout your area of operation

To ensure customers receive the very highest level of service as appropriate to their specific needs, e.g. Trade or Retail or Account, including developing appropriate good working relationships to ensure customers become repeat customers.

To ensure the depot's stock is maintained to the highest standard and in particular ensure we maintain adequate stock levels, especially of day to day items.

**The Requirements**
- FLT Experience
- Building Material Knowledge
- Builders merchants experience advantageous
- Supervisory experience and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong team player who works as part of a team and independently

**The Hours**

Full time, 44.5 hours average per week - between the opening hours of Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 4.30pm & alternate Saturdays between the hours of 8.00am - 12.00pm midday.
