Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd are hiring for a Full Time Office Administrator to join our office team in Theale, Berkshire.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Your duties will include (but is not limited to);**
- Answering incoming calls, handling the call where possible or directing call to the correct contact
- Planning and scheduling planned maintenance and reactive call outs
- Contacting our supplied customer base, and booking the planned maintenance/ reactive call outs with the client, ensuring timely and accurate customer service
- Allocating jobs to our-in house engineering team, as well as third-party contractors
- Liaising with clients and contractors, in respect of planned works, ensuring both parties are updated throughout the process
- Invoicing jobs and updating client on completion
- Updating our Clik 4 CRM system
- Keeping the job updated on the system
- Communicating with, and managing the demand from multiple key contacts
- Handling complaints and specific customers’ requests
- Using Microsoft Word for sending out letters, quotations etc.

**To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills**:

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong planning skills
- Excellent command/highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Have a clear and confident phone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Friendly and professional

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, at our Theale office, between the hours of 07:30-17:00 (Shifts are 07:30 - 16:00, 08:00 - 16:30 and 08:30 - 17:00 on a rotation basis)
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Microsoft Office experience
- Must have the right to work in the UK
