**We are looking for an experienced Frozen Service Operative (FSO) to join our team based out of the Leeds Depot.**
**About the job**:
This role is key to Vimto OOH. You will be responsible for the service plan for our customers who buy frozen slush products (Starslush & Slush Puppie) from us.
You will be dealing with existing customers only, who are familiar with our business, therefore it is essential to provide excellent customer service. You will build strong relationships with our customers, whom you will visit on a regular basis, as the face of Vimto Out of Home.
The role will require you to attend site as per the service plan, discuss any known issues on the site, complete a basic service of the machine/s and liaise with the site over stock requirements to last them until your next due service visit.
You will work closely with your regional manager to ensure that all tasks are completed when due.
Full training is provided.
- Ensure personal KPI’s and targets are met every month.
- Discuss promotions available and other flavours on site.
- Build excellent and trusted customer relationship, which is key
- Simple technical maintenance of equipment
- Build effective relationships with the commercial Account Manager/s for your area to generate good customer outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with our contact centre team to ensure the right information is provided to our customers.
