- Receiving clients orders,
- Inputting bookings in to the system
- Monitoring the bookings
- Making sure workflow and milestones are completed
- Ensuring all processes are completed end to end punctual
- Liaising with other vendors and suppliers to ensure all services are being carried out efficiently and effectively

**Experience**
- Previous administration role
- IT literate
- Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Awareness of the Freight Forwarding industry

- Cargowise CW1
- Problem Solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Confident and Tenacious
- Flexible approach to work
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Strive to maintain excellent levels of customer service at all time
