Due to the expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly created role of Hospitality Trainer/ Training Executive.

The purpose of this role is to adapt and implement a UK Training Plan across our ever-expanding estate.

**Working with us at Poke House means you'll be**:

- Collaborating with the Training Specialist in Italy to adapt training material for the UK Training Plan.
- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure the Training Plan covers recruitment, induction, ongoing training and development of all store-level roles.
- Undertaking initial training projects in all existing stores for all store levels (General Manager/Assistant Managers/Supervisors/Team Members).
- Working closely with the Operations team to implement the Training Program for Trainers (General Managers).
- Developing and assisting the Operations team with the rollout of seasonal/promotional offers throughout the year.
- Driving and owning the training agenda in the UK market.
- Longer term to develop skills calendar for HQ staff.
- Travel is required for this role - Costs are covered for travel between store locations_

**Your experience, skills and qualities will ideally include**:

- Having at least 2 years of recent and related experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (_Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc._)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, the ability to develop, clearly present and draw conclusions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to adapt in a challenging context of scale-up
- Passion for the Food Tech sector
- Result-orientated, and data-driven
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude
