To get where we’re going, we need a **Proposition Delivery Lead **to deliver the P&L targets for OnDemand Fix and Improve Portfolio. This includes sales and revenue through development, delivery and execution of go-to-market and channel strategies and plans. This role will also be key in developing new propositions, improving existing ones, and developing sound offers for new and existing customers across the full portfolio at the right time, price, and channel to drive customer and commercial success.

**Accountabilities**
- Manage and drive the day-to-day engagement with sales/support/delivery channels, partners, and affiliates with the objective to drive sales and grow business and relevant channels
- Build strong relationships with other members of the Sales and Sales Operations Teams, the wider business, as well as with the Functions, to build, validate, and deliver joint objectives
- Partner with Sales Leaders to ensure consistent coaching and training to the agreed upon sales process and provide direction and insight on additional tools/training needed
- Support the development and launch of customer offers and sales incentives into relevant markets / channels to drive sales or retention
- Ensure a return on investment of discounts spent for Campaigns & Retention
- Produce customers and channels insights to develop and optimise propositions and promotions
- Liaise with the wider Services and Solutions matrix organisation to optimise investments and coordinate activity to improve both customer and commercial outcomes

**Experience required**
- Experience in building relationships and managing stakeholder including the leadership team
- Able to build both internal and external relationships to drive tangible commercial results
- Demonstrated ability to perform against deadlines and working in time bound projects / activities
- Exposure to sales and/or proposition development
- Basic understanding of P&L statements and commercials
- Able to identify and implement business solutions, responding to market and customer needs
- Experienced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI to produce sound reports and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to deliver data rich/drive analysis with clear presentation techniques
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA or equivalent business degree preferable
