The key responsibilities are dealing with our discerning customers, general shop floor duties, such as merchandising and stock control and assisting with the varied back office functions associated with the administration of a retail business. In addition, you will require to have excellent organisational and computer skills to deliver customer service in a complex multi channel retailer.

The position is based in Harrow On The Hill, but you will from time to time be required to work in other branches in Hammersmith or Richmond.

You must be well spoken, well presented and have good computer skills. Our customers expect high levels of customer service and this is key to our enduring success.

The Company is going through an exciting period of change and modernisation and we are looking for a person who can make a positive contribution to this process.
