**Role: Logistics Advisor**

**Location**:Oldbury**

**ABOUT THE ROLE -**

FCE Logistics Support

Working within the operations team, your role will be pivotal to ensuring the branches needs and expectations are met and surpassed.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Planning logistics to include warehouse, transportation and customer services coordination
- External and internal liaison and negotiations with hauliers, warehouse staff, colleagues and other departments
- Resolve, monitor and find solutions for any arising problems or complaints from hauliers, customers and all other contacts
- Ensure branches & customers are kept regularly updated on the status of their orders

**Working Hours**:
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Working Hours: 37.5

Breaks: 30min

**ABOUT YOU -**
- Highly organised & flexible with a calm, can-do approach
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Used to working with tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work using their own initiative
- Able to work as part of a team
- Experienced user of Kerridge would be desirable
