As a Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in all hairdressing services, and more. **Duties**:

- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and styling
- Perform barbering services an advantage but not essential
- some beauty treatments an advantage but not essential, option for training
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final result
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and trends
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Strong cutting skills with the ability to create precise cuts and styles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Confident in all colouring techniques
- Upselling abilities to promote salon products and additional services
- Experience mentoring junior stylists and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in front desk duties such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

**Salary**: £12,480.00-£25,688.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

**Experience**:

- stylist: 3 years (preferred)
- Hairdressing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)

- Fleet: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
