Print Operative

Established in 1978 and based on the Sheepbridge Trading Estate in Chesterfield, Crown Products are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality promotional products. We currently have a vacancy for a Print Operative to join our production team. This is an excellent career opportunity for a highly accurate and motivated individual to develop their skills in a dynamic and interesting industry.

**Training will be provided to undertake the following duties**:

- Setting up, adjusting and operating both rotary and flat-bed screen printing machines.
- Ink mixing and PMS colour matching.
- Screen making and maintenance.
- Quality inspection to ensure products and print are of the highest quality standard.
- Performing routine maintenance checks and ensuring Health and Safety standards are complied with.
- Preparation and priming of imported stock products ready for rotary or flat bed screen printing.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience of any type of commercial printing would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided.
- Technically minded with a good eye for detail.
- Reliable and enthusiastic.
- Capable of operating machinery efficiently and safely.
- Must have the ability to work in a quick and efficient manner as part of a small team.

**Salary**:

- Negotiable.

**Hours of work**:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4.30pm.

- Superb modern factory unit based on the Sheepbridge Trading Estate, Chesterfield.
- Spacious on site car park.
