They are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team.

The department covers a range of commercial and civil litigation disputes involving aspects such as:

- Business leases
- Personal injury
- Contract disputes
- Bankruptcy
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes

The firm’s objective is to ensure a growing reputation and my client requires someone who has previous all-round experience of managing and advising clients, actioning court documents, instructing barristers and preparing clients for court appearances.
